1.2 Use on Multiple Websites: The license granted is restricted to one website only. If you wish to use the product on additional websites or domains, you must purchase a separate license for each website. The license does not allow for installation on multiple websites or subdomains, unless explicitly stated in the product’s terms or a special plan is purchased for multi-site use.
1.3 Scope of Use: The product may be used for personal, commercial, or internal business purposes on the designated website(s) only. Any use of the product on additional websites without proper licensing will be considered a breach of these Terms.
2. Restrictions
2.1 No Resale or Redistribution: You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or make the product available for use on websites other than the one covered by your license. This includes distributing the product or its modified versions to third parties.
2.2 Modification and Customization: You are permitted to modify and customize the product to suit your needs, but you are not allowed to distribute the modified version to others, or use it for any website other than the one for which it was licensed.
2.3 No Sharing or Transfer: The license is granted to the purchaser and cannot be transferred, shared, or sublicensed to others. You are solely responsible for ensuring the licensed product is only used on the approved website.
3. Additional Licenses for Multiple Websites
3.1 Multi-Site License Option: If you wish to use a product on multiple websites, you can contact GPLSys.com to inquire about multi-site licensing options. A separate license or plan may be available for customers who wish to use the product across several websites.
3.2 Upgrading License: In the event that you wish to upgrade your single-site license to a multi-site license, you may be required to pay additional fees. Details of the upgrade process will be provided by GPLSys.com upon request.
4. Ownership and Intellectual Property
4.1 Product Ownership: All products sold on GPLSys.com remain the intellectual property of the original creators or developers. Your purchase grants you a license to use the product as specified in these Terms, but does not transfer ownership or any rights to the product itself.
4.2 License Duration: The license to use the product remains active as long as your subscription is valid. Upon expiration or termination of the subscription, you must stop using the product on the licensed website(s). You are not entitled to continued access to updates or support if your subscription has expired.
5. Support and Updates
5.1 Support for Single Website License: Support and updates for the product are provided according to the terms of your subscription. For each valid license, support and updates will be available for the duration of the active subscription, provided you are using the product on the website for which the license was granted.
5.2 No Support for Unauthorized Use: If you use the product on multiple websites without purchasing the necessary licenses, you will not be entitled to support or updates for those websites.
6. Termination of License
6.1 License Termination: If you violate any of the terms outlined in this License Agreement, including using the product on more than one website without proper licensing, GPLSys.com reserves the right to terminate your license immediately and suspend access to the product, support, or updates.
6.2 Post-Termination: Upon termination of the license, you must cease all use of the product on any website, and remove or uninstall it from your website(s).
7. No Warranty
7.1 As-Is Basis: Products are provided on an “as-is” basis, without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. GPLSys.com does not warrant that the products will be error-free or that they will meet your specific needs.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 No Liability for Losses: GPLSys.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product, including, but not limited to, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits, whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes to These Terms
9.1 Modification of Terms: GPLSys.com reserves the right to update or modify these License Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated version will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the product after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
